The Ferrari 250 GTO (Gran Turismo Omologato) was a further development of the 250GT for the 1962 Sports Cars Manufacturers Championship.
This model is of the first production 250 GTO with chassis number 3223GT and was introduced on the press day on 24 February 1962.
